Meet Lee & Josh
They bought their first home in late 2021 having rented and saved for 8 years. They were keen to call somewhere home for their growing family.
Despite saving a reasonable deposit, Lee and Josh quickly realised they needed a larger deposit and were finding it hard to get a loan. Coupled with the fact that when COVID hit Lee was stood down from her part-time role as a Marketing Manager.
